The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum five years' corporate finance experience gained in the profession with a high level of commercial and technical ability. The ability to manage staff and work both on your own initiative and as part of the team will be essential. Reporting directly to a Partner, the role will principally involve leading both M&A and private equity transactions typically in the £5 million to £50 million deal size range.
