They are now seeking a Finance Director to join their dynamic team to work with and support the Board in a position that will be highly visible and will require the Finance Director to develop processes and internal systems to support growth.
Key duties will include;
Take ownership of the budgetary process
Review and improve financial controls and processes
Introduce a weekly cash-flow forecast
Provide commercial and strategic input to the management team
Improve the flow of MI throughout the business
Take ownership of legal matters including contractual terms / pricing negotiations Manage a small finance team
The Finance Director will be the Key interface between the finance department and the operational side of the business. It is a very ‘hands on’ role with high visibility in a business which is experiencing rapid growth and will continue to expand. It is therefore imperative that you have a passion for working in a ‘people business’ and can develop excellent working relationships with non-finance colleagues. Ideally you will have experience within a contracts-based organisation and you should have prior experience within an AIM organisation and ideally the automotive industry.
