A renowned FTSE250 technology company based in London is currently looking for an interim Finance Director/CFO. This role will head up the finance function for the entire organisation on an interim basis. As a result of unforeseen circumstances, this vacancy has arisen and will cover for the incumbent for a period ranging anywhere between 3 and 12 months.
This role is a well-rounded “number one” position, as it will encompass all aspects of finance. Key responsibilities include the creation of the annual strategic plan, budget and five year forecast and the presentation thereof to the Executive team, providing support and taking a lead role in commercial negotiations
• Budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting and financial planning
• Business partnering the CEO of the company in order to provide decision support.
• Controllership of all statutory accounts, monthly and annual reporting (although you will not be expected to prepare these, simply oversee and sign off on their integrity)
