·  Ensure corporate financial statements adhere to GAAP and IFRS  

Due to high level of responsibility the ideal candidate will be qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) with a strong academic background and relevant experience working as a Finance Manager/Controller within a fast growing SME business.  The company have recently been involved in upgrading the Sage platform so those with a prior knowledge of the Sage system including Sage X3 will have a distinct advantage. The Head of Finance delivers financial reporting, treasury and analysis that underpins both financial and operational decision making and works closely with a variety of senior stakeholders. You must have a hands on, flexible approach to your work, be able to manage all aspects of treasury and have the ability to challenge existing processes and make recommendations where necessary.
