Finance Manager, Watford, Hertfordshire
£60,000 - £70,000 + benefits
Our client, an ever expansive commercial organisation with an international head office, is looking to acquire the capabilities of a highly versatile Finance Manager with a proven track record of managing and supporting a complex finance function.
The role requires a highly motivated individual, capable of leading an experienced team of transactional finance staff, working to extremely tight corporate deadlines.
Key areas will include:
- responsible for all operational concerns (payroll, AP, Cashiers) including training and development of team.
- manage relationships with third parties such as banks, credit card companies and payroll bureau.
- prepare quarterly and annual bank flows monitoring against forecasts.
- ensuring financial controls are maintained to a high standard.
- ad hoc commercial projects
- working with Directors to shape future strategy.

In addition to having proven experience in these areas, the successful candidate will be solution focused, a credible and competent communicator, and be able to establish and promote clear team objectives. Ideally they will be able to give examples of achievements made within a fast moving commercial enterprise (retail/ FMCG/leisure sectors).
