  DO YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT UNDERSTANDING OF MICROSOFT PRODUCTS, AND ANY KNOWLEDGE OF REPORTING SOFTWARE I.E. COGNOS OR CRYSTAL REPORTS, AND ENJOY SUPPORT, BUT EQUALLY WANTING TO MOVE INTO A CONSULTING OR PROJECT MANAGER ROLE.AND PREFERABLY WITH A DEGREE THEN THIS WELL KNOWN SOFTWARE COMPANY ARE FOR YOU.

Have you had experience as a support consultant, and can demonstrate good customer care skills, the this is a great
opportunity to join this well know software company where you will be given excellent on going training, and will have
great chances of promotion into Consultancy, Project Management Team Leading or more techical areas.Initially you role
will be to provide product support to external customers from the EMEA and Americas region, so providing a 1st and 2nd
line function.You will need a good understanding of Microsoft products, and some knowledge of Business objects, Cognos or
Crystal reports.Great location to work.
