A further Developer required to join a global financial services Company.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the existing IT team supporting the Business Systems Development Group. The role involves the design and development of the systems infrastructure that monitors and controls the fund and asset management functions using interactive database driven applications.
Although primarily based in Limassol travel between the various international company office locations will be required.

You should be a professional with initiative, a critical approach to his/her work, experience in a varied, fast-moving project environment, knowledge of databases, a desire to build flawless systems, and a background in the development and design of large, complex software systems. We are looking for an individual who has a meticulous eye for detail together with the ability to see the bigger picture, and be a team player.

The following skills are also a prerequisite for the job:


A degree in computing or numerate fields
Minimum 2 years work experience using MS Visual Studio 2005 ASP .NET, C#
Minimum 2 years work experience using MS SQL Server 2000/2005 Development/Administration
Previous experience in asset management is preferred but not essential
Sound knowledge and experience writing SQL stored procedures and creating DB schema designs
Design & development of Web applications (.NET, HTML, Java/VB Script, IIS)
Experience with full product development life cycle processAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
